We felt warmth from the staff. The staff was great and very timely service. We would give 10 out of 5 for staff services. Housekeeping was wonderful and they took very good care of the room cleanliness and hygiene. Deepak the floor in charge supervised every single need of ours and took care of it in no time. The room attendant Geeta was very responsible while cleaning the rooms. My only concern was hot water supply. The heating system needs upgrade. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We booked this hotel for 2 days during our Bhubaneswar visit. The hotel looks premium.
1. The food we had for our breakfast and the room service was really good, both in quantity and quality.
2. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. They helped our driver to navigate to the hotel, helped with some printouts at 10 pm in the night etc.
3. The rooms are also neatly maintained.

I would definitely recommend booking this with the complimentary breakfast as it has a wide variety of dishes available.

Hotel is good If you have your own car and you want to stay alongside the nature in the city itself this the type of hotel you are looking.It has complementary breakfast and all type of juice options.Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are neat and tidy.Been here for a week and the experience is amazing 😍😍.

Excellent property. Tastefully decorated with photographs etc. Love the way they have created the atmosphere of a jungle around this property with trees.
Only problem was food. Awful taste and exorbitant price.

Had A Very Bad Experience with this hotel . Never Ever Gonna Stay Again in this hotel as per the charges they charge the services are not offered . Despite Being Informing that the staying guests are from a departmental reference they had an unprofessional behaviour towards them . Your Hotel Only Knows how to attract customers while talking to them before arrival you act so professional and after they once arrive you show your unprofessionalism towards them . First Of all I had a discussion with the reception regarding reservation of rooms and it was promised that the payment will be done at the time of checkout despite giving the words while guests were checking they asked for the payment with a very unprofessional way to the ladies guests and denied they didn’t had a discussion about the payment part . It was a very shameful incident I had to face despite belonging to a reputed department of government. So from now onwards never gonna stay in this hotel nor gonna give reference to one .

While Having Breakfast you have timing upto 10 AM , when the guests arrived for breakfast at 9:50 AM Sharp and started the breakfast. Your hotel should at least know that they were a guest of 4 members so at least they would take 30-45 mins to complete the breakfast but despite of that also at around 10:25 your staffs repeatedly said to finish the breakfast before 10:30 AM so that they will be cleaning the dining . Is this the way of professionalism ?
