The Dambarugada hill station is located 20 kilometers from Boudh town on the Boudh-Balangir road. Sangrampur is the name of the city. The Mahanadi River flows down the mountain, creating a visually stunning sight. The mountain has a curved appearance from all sides.

The mountain stands 70 feet tall. On top, there is a temple dedicated to Chaitanya Deva. Radha Krishna is the temple’s presiding deity. Baunsuni village is located near Dambarugada. Stambeswari, the famous Shakti cult center, is located in the village. Stambeswari Lavdhabara Prasada was declared by King Ranabhanja of Boudh. A famous Vishnu temple once stood near Dambargad, but it has since been destroyed by time. Tatarkela, a village near Dambarugada, has some copper plate inscriptions. Radha-Krishna is now worshiped as the presiding deity in a temple. Dambargarh is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Boudh, Odisha.
