For educational and research purposes, this botanical garden was established in 1963. It is spread over 75 acres of land with 12,000 living plant types and many varieties of trees and shrubs. And, if you step up into the boating deck and stand there looking at the huge water body with the floating water lilies, you will forget all your worries and will experience complete bliss in the lap of nature. I wished we had come early and sat there for some more time. It’s the best place to just sit quietly and admire life around you.
